Again, define "great". Approval ratings really mean nothing, some great Presidents on both sides have had low numbers.
Was it great to raise taxes just a few months after taking office when he promised not to do so?
Was it great to disrepsect the office by getting a hummer while on the phone with Arafat?
Was it great to only half-ass do nothing and let millions die in Bosnia and Rwanda?
Was it great to introduce NAFTA which has pulled jobs from the US and sent them north and south of the border?
Was it great to have Bin Laden literally in the sights of the drone, and not have the balls to pull the trigger?
Was it great to launch missles and kill innocent people the day his impeachment trial started?
BTW, Clinton claimed to be a Baptist Christian. I remember the photo-ops when he would leave the church Sunday morning with his black Bible with giant oversized gold leaf HOLY BIBLE written tucked in his arm, positioned just so that his hand left all the letters visible.
