Ah, probably not.
Should be more like 2%.
One thing with DynoJet though, is you have to watch their corrections-- specifically that they aren't going bananas due to sensor placement or sensors being out of calibration. Really this goes for ANY dyno, but I've seen a few DynoJets with flaky atmospheric sensors.
