So what riders on the grid were any threat to him? Biaggi and Sete were already "supposedly" under his "spell"(as you Rossi ball lickers proclaim) and the Duc was crap in '04.

Fact is, nobody could argue the double standar Rossi gets, and as great as he is, maybe he deserves some of it. But you leghumpers feel threatened so you plug your ears and scream LALALALALALALALALALA until you think it is safe to come play in the sandbox again. He F'd up in the corkscrew and nobody can deny it. Too hot in and was LUCKY enough to save it as the dirt he rode through could of easily been his( and Stoners') demise at that speed.
Rossi won this one and I hope we see more of this type of racing the rest of the year, as it was the BEST race this year so far. I have a feeling we will see much better racing to come because of this. Let us hope.
