Ok after doing alot of research from all the helpful info you guys have givin me, it appears as if the fuel tank I have is off of a 2000/2001 FI model. I think it my be for the S4 because according to the Ducati parts catalogues thats one of the models in that year range that came in the metallic grey finish called (Anthracite). After looking online at a few places for prices on these tanks, ive come across prices ranging from ($2100.00 to $2150.00 new)!
Does this sound right?
The reason Im asking is because Im planning on selling it. Now the tank I have is
used, but it has
no dents and just a
few very small chips in the finish towards the front of the tank! I know that even if those prices I found are accurate I wasnt planning on asking anywhere close to those prices. My question is what would be a respectable price to ask for this tank?
