I know the hump you are talking about at grattan. It is a rush getting air over that hill then trying to get slowed down enough to make the corner. I saw many yard sales taking place out there during the races.
What are good lap times at grattan now days? I haven't run there since I got out of the big bike racing back in the early 90's. back in the day, I was running in the 1:24 sec range on a 92' TZ250. At the time, that was just a click off the lap record. I am sure the record is much lower these days.
It is cool that that particular place in the track is such a memorable part of the track layout.
