There is a track in Michigan you can get air on before turn 5 (Grattan). I didn't get air there but I saw people doing it. I would brake before the hump, release, then get back on the brakes before the corner. I guess I was just too much of a woosey to get the air and leave the braking for after touch-down. My laptimes were good, but I guess I could still shave time in that section.
