i'm sorry you're turning down my offer to resolve all of this. maybe if i ratchet it up a few notches you'll begin to take me more seriously.
oh and thanks for straightening me out on the story with Steve - hopefully that fender wasn't as much as a POS as the gas tanks you sold Neil & DT. if it was, then he's gotta square that up with his conscience somehow and can offer his side of things if he wants.
as far as Neil & DT go, the "binding bid" is null & void if the item is mis-represented and/or inaccurately described (i.e., expected to hold fuel safely when it doesn't). that's fraud in anyone's book. and if DT didn't buy a tank from you, then why has PayPal frozen your account and demanded you refund his money?
