Now I know this thread is about Blacklisting BAD sellers on Ebay (or anywhere else for that matter), but we pretty much have only one solid answer as to who belongs on this list: Norbert.
Like I've stated from the beginning, he has not answered a single question with facts, he has avoided the real issue, and he's spent all his time slinging insults and threats without ever stating some real evidence to make anyone think anything good about him.
Every one of his replies should stand as a guide on what to look for when dealing with an unscrupulous seller. If you ask the seller a question, and they dance around it without addressing your actual concern, or they throw out a bunch of useless info, they are definitely to be avoided.

You lost a claim to me for selling a defective tank under the Avivpo id (Ebay/Paypal terms: significantly not as described). I returned that tank to you in order to get my refund. You have not paid that claim, and have since sold the same tank on Ebay under the Motochristo id, with photos taken on the same rooftop of your apartment in New York, you MORON. You don't really believe you can get away with this Illegal activity do you Norbert?
If you want people to think you're anything but someone who lives in a padded room with access to a PC, you may want to answer ANY of the questions asked here - and answer the questions with facts instead of a bunch of used car salesman tactics and insults. And you should probably start thinking about hiring a lawyer.
