If it is true....of course Earl is at fault. The Captain of the ship is responsible for everything. The ship runs aground while the Captain is asleep..the Captain gets hung out to dry. He should know who he has working for him. Just like in professional racing, it is "we", not "me".
Earl is part of the "we" in HIS business....
