Well one started to crack on the sides...they were used on the street, it took less than a 1000 miles. LESS! On the last two questions I don't have a definite answer. Sorry. I know the 2nd one they sent me was retreaded. Had about 6 caps and 2 1/8 inch gap from one cap to another. Also I don't think they have an original tire.
