How did you pay? Paypal or a credit card? You might have recourse with the CC, and/or with paypal, if he never sent anything. Can definatly get F'd in ebay though, if the guy says he doesn't do refunds, all sales final except exchanges.....? Shitty, but it's there.
Anyway to take that tank, have someone make a mold of it for you, and make your own?
