rotors
Yamah yzf and fzr rotors are the same bolt pattern and offset and thickness as Ducati rotors. two things to check though, many Yamaha rotors are 300mm, only a few models had 320mm. Also, around 2001 they went to a bigger mounting hole pattern. You will notice this easily in a picture.
If you check the EBC site, you can see that the 2003 rotors fit both Ducati and some Yamahas.
I add another vote to EBC HH pads. I tried Galfer Greens, and liked them, but they totally sucked in the rain. (go figure)
