795 HC kit from BCM, send your heads to Bruce for porting, he can re-flash your ecu also. Should make right at 80rwhp. He'll lighten your flywheel for like 80 bucks also.
6 speed is an easy swap, while you have the cases apart, you can send your crank to Ben Fox [along with your new pistons, etc.] and he can balance it [lighten it too, if you like] Lots of fun stuff you can do, if you like to work on it.
Dry clutch is not too difficult, slipper would require some special parts. I have the drawings for the custom hub nut, and a re-machined 160005 bearing to allow you to move the o-ring further down the input shaft [to seal it beyond the splines] which is probably the hardest part.
I refuse to give up on my 750SS, although I must admit...I look across the shop at my S2R800 sometimes...and think about cannibalizing it for a racebike
