Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. My 2004 800SS went down in a wreck, shearing off one of the headlight fairing subframe mounts on the frame. To reweld it, I need to take the bike apart and repaint, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the frontend without wrecking it. There is a round plug capping the steering head above the frame neck with a bunch of small holes going circular around it. Is there a special tool to remove it? I've included a link to a diagram. It's part #26.
