You won't need them again, so I mangled the roller bearings enough that they finally came out. For the races I used a screwdriver from the other side and evenly tapped it out, IIRC. With one side out I think I used a socket and a extension as a drift to knock the other out from the opposite side. Although I do reminder has to fish around in that dead space in b/w to get one of the races out.
