I highly doubt it... A stock rear rotor is 805 grams, or 1.77 lbs. There's no way anyone's lightening a stock rear rotor 1.5 lbs, and having it remain functional.

I reduce mine to 640 grams, (620 grams for my own) and that barely equates to 185 grams, or .40 lbs......
