Norbert Erlec has over 20 years experience in senior management roles for both large and small companies. Nor (short for) Norbert- brings an extensive and varied business background including substantive hands-on international experience. His most recent consulting assignments include strategic business planning and operational leadership roles for technical product companies in the software, industrial materials and electronics industries.
Nor was also Vice President and General Manager of North America Operations for Cnor Enterprises, a San Francisco Ca.-based company, where he directed the design and operational efforts in the US.
Nor also was Vice President of and has held a number of engineering management and manufacturing management positions with international responsibilities.
Jacob Minas
Jacob Minas has extensive experience in developing and directing project services and support operations on a global basis.
His specific expertise is in developing deployment and support capabilities for suppliers in the small to mid range business to business market. In his most recent assignment, Jacob has built a profitable project delivery and customer support capability for a rapidly growing technology reseller.
Prior to this, Jacob was the director of Support Services for Cnor Enterprises North America Operations (a unit of Bull) and worked closely with units in Czech Rep, Germany and the Americas to insure a unified, transparent approach to providing world class support capabilities to a broad range of customers, partners and vendors.
Jacob's career with Boydsxs Inc. Consulting include a range of assignments managing worldwide technical support operations. He has a broad business background with a focus on technology including commercial software development and enterprise class systems deployments.
Ted Dolsen
Ted is responsible for the USMG business initiatives in Southern Europe including Italy, Spain and southern France. Ted brings a solid background of business management experience to USMG. He has worked in a variety of industries including executive search and business consulting. Ted has worked in small start ups, mid-sized companies and has managed a satellite operation for a Forbes Platinum 400 corporation in Southern California.
Teds strengths include business plan development, strategic company positioning, and product development consulting. He continues to be involved in a number of business ventures and is currently a managing partner in an executive search firm.
Most recently, Ted has focused his efforts on helping international clients assume positions of market leadership in their industries through supply chain "best practice" implementation
