Humm........might be me but I think it sticks out a little more than normal in that second picture. Unfortunately my bike is all apart right now so I can't go check mine. Fully retracted it looks like you should drag your peg and boot as well I vote it's bent somewhere You might be able to tell if the mounting bracket is bent by taking the stand off.. for the most part mine is flat

PS....You have the same slave cyl as me
