... okay I see where you are coming from .

This guy started out with these words: I design and build cars.....

And that is simply not true. He designs parts for cars and then builds up the modified car.

GM design and build cars, so do TVR, etc.

EDIT: Another example. When you purchase or even make a new mirror for your Ducati you don't then start saying you design and build motorcyles do you? Now you could say you design components or parts for motorcycles ... now if you do as much work as superleggera, then yeah you design and build motorcycles.
