What Brad said. It all depends on the dealer. After I bought my bike I had issues with the header being too close to the fairing and melting it (it was almost touching). Dealer replaced the lower fairing and the header with a nod from Ducati. Took a couple of trips and some wringing of the local Duc rep by the dealer but if it is a good volume dealer, they should have a little bit of pull with Ducati for replacement.
