I took my bike to the shop 2 summers ago, was having a 12,000 mile tune-up done. They had the bike for 30 days,just waiting for a stupid fuel filter that never came , when they told me it was all they were waiting for to do my tune up I said, "I want to ride my #$%#ing bike like now, dude!" I've had better luck ordering online through http://www.powersportspro.com , they have microfiche on all the Ducati parts, and they are a hell of a lot cheaper! Check em out.
