I'm doing the valve check and service on my 2006 SS 1000Ds and found one of the belt rollers has seized,

not a problem caught it in time the belts are fine. On my 4V bike no problem with my belt tensioner tool But I don't know how for the 2V bike. I remember reading about and allen wrench method. Any alternatives to adjusting the belts without the Mathesis? Manual says adjust belts to 140HZ. What does that equate to in USA standards?
