This was the sellers return waranty... does anyone know if this actually means anything...?
Fair enough, I can get proof of delivery time & date which
may allow me to claim a refund...
However - the clause that says refund will be given as "Exchange" kills it as far as I'm aware... looks to me like I've been done and I might as well go cry
