I run K&N "pod" filters on my old 900SS with a pair of Keihin 41's and it works nicely. Cleans up the front upper frame area too. I'll check to see if I have the part number for the filters I ordered, but like Norm suggested, I run very long filters to maximize filter surface area - and hence flow.
