I've been running Pod filters ever since I modified my bike/engine last year so I've never run it with my old open lid air-box to see if there is a performance difference. Now that bike is in pieces while frame is repainted I'm wondering if it's worth my while/trouble to stick the air-box back on anyone ever tested both??...........here is what I've done to my 750SS
