There has been more than just that tread posted on the subject, not trying to be a punk!

It really just takes some work to get it where you want. I looked at your pic, and it looks like you have the clutch and brake levers moved as far as they will go to the ends of the grips. Did you get a longer clutch line? I had to have mine in about an inch to keep the line from binding. Also, I couldn't tell from the pic, but is your throttle cable coming off the top, or the bottom? CC has you installing it with the cable coming off the bottom. I found that if you rotate the cable back to the top, like stock, you get a little more room.

All in all, I would say that the kit gave me a 1/2 inch at the forks, and about 2 inches at the bar ends. The biggest improvement came with the change in angle of the clip ons. Not sure how much seat time you had with the stock set, but those became pretty uncomfortable once you've had some time with the CCs.
