I'd say tri-flow or WD 40 the whole thing; maybe you have a small piece of grit left behind. What slow jet are you using? It's hard to set idle properly if it is way too big (or small). I use a 50 at above 5000' and a 55 at sea level to about 3000' (52 in between obviously). The fuel screw (which works with the slow jet) should give good idle when between 1 and 2 turns out.
