ok, here's the scope. they have a different part number (listed in their catalog and not the website) for the 2004-2005 800 supersports. the phone guy said i can send them back the ones i have and get the 7mm ones that would fit into my coil without a connection, or cut off the connection on the ones i have and shave down the cable to 'make' them fit (the red ones are 8.5mm)..... now the delimma, i don't want to send them back, because the 7mm ones that fit are black, so do i start chopping up my new $50 ignition wires, or can i buy some 98-02 coils and replace those? thx.
