A new one from Ducati is $325 or so. It's the whole unit because the glass is not replaceable. I don't think it includes the bulb though. They'll pop up on ebay from time to time, but they still go for $150 to $200. Also, sometimes the ebay ones will have lots of little nicks in the glass from when the bike went down in gravel.
