I'm using a LP rear stand as well. And have never had any problems with it. Even when my neighbor's in-bread monkey kids are f'in around by/on my bike. Never a concern with it's stability.

Next, I need to spring for Handy's Front Headstock stand for 100$$ I have some forks to pull!!
