Wow Mr. 908ssp... how would you do it the first time? I would rather ask questions before I start so it doesnt get messed up but what the hay, I guess I'll just start cutting and screw it up. I am not going to modify the swingarm, I just wanted to know about installing the bearings. As far as the exhaust goes... I am making it as simple as I can... just dumping two pipes right behind the engine. I gotta find a couple of iddy biddy mufflers. Norm, I am going to definately hit you up. If you can... when you post pictures show me some views of the cases with the machining done and without bearings, with the bearings installed, and with the swingarm installed. If you dont have the frame installed that would be the same set up as I am going to basically have isnt it? With the frame installed are you going to be relocating the swingarm further back in the engine case or how does that work since it looks to be about a quarter inch off. Take care.
