My engine was from a 99 supersport there must have been some difference in the way the cases were made or something.
The big problem with putting a SSSA on a SS is that the suspension setup are completly different. The SBK's use a link type suspension and the SS's dont. The monsters are a lot closer to the SBK's as far as the rear suspension goes.
A company in Italy by the name of febur makes a "bolt on" kit for a single sided swingarm for supersports, but it costs a lot of money.
