My MC doesnt appear to have a switch built in, unless its cunningly disguised as a casting!
so a banjo bolt version it will have to be. I get my bike back in 6 weeks (its in winter storage) so will have to be patient. i think it will take me two weeks to mount all the new parts i have collected over winter, SBK forks, Carbon fairing, MC, brake hose, kevlar oil hoses and the list goes on! i absolutely cannot wait!

If it's a stock Ducati MC, it has a place for a small microswitch to bolt to. You can get that microswitch from some of the Brembo dealers (I think TAW has them). Or, Fred at Yoyodyne sells a mircroswitch that works well. I'd avoid the pressure switch, as they aren't terribly reliable. Plus, there always seems to be an annoying lag between squeezing the brake lever and lighting up the brakelight.
