What "weight" oil would you all recommend for stock Showa fully adjustable forks on a 97 ss/sp...stock springs/internals, rider weight about 150 lbs., nothing but street riding/commuting...

I don't know a lot about "gold valves" or what they would do for me, but I'm painting my frame and have to take the forks out anyway, so I figured I would drain and clean them and replace the oil...they have 23K on them and I don't know when they were last serviced.

Any recommendations? I'd appreciate the help...
