Are you talking about cornering clearance of the pipes? If so, there's plenty. I ran stock cans at Laguna Seca, due to the noise restrictions, and I seemed to scrape everything BUT the pipes (kickstand, lower fairings). I don't have any pics with knee down at full lean, but I'm sure someone on this board does. You should see full-lean without any scraping of pipes.
I went with the high pipes on mine for a couple of reasons, none of which had anything to do with clearance. I liked the way they made the back end look without covering up the rear wheel, and when I upgraded to the pipes no one had low pipes in stock. They seemed to be on backorder everywhere, yet lots of places had overstock on the Remus high mounts. That, and I was tired of everyone and their grandmother asking me for a ride (no joke, a girlfriend's grandmother asked me for a ride). So deleting the footpegs made it easy to tell people no.
That being said, if you've read the post on high mounts you'll see pics of my bike with the footpeg adapters for the high pipes. My current GF loves to ride, and is actually a very good passenger so I don't mind riding with her.
Don't know if any of this helped, sorry to ramble but I can't stop procrastinating...
