If you would bother to wait it out, I know a shop here in SoCal that does great welding for cars. He'll probably do the same for bikes. Assuming you have an appointment for a couple hours and an exhaust that fits under the seat (and you have to truck your bike down to SoCal from NorCal).

As soon as time and money permits, my CF Termignonis will go under the seat as well. Just as soon as I find out how to route the piping for one of them... I was surprised that they both barely fit under the seat.
