You looking for an 'undertail kit' in the jap-bike sense (i.e. complete plastic/carbon/fiberglass fairing undertail w/ plate relocator, or just something to ditch the stock rear fender and/or relocate the license plate?
Evoluzione.net makes a kit to relocate the plate, basically keeps it in the stock location and mounts the signals too... if you want the plate mounted further forward under the tail section thats a custom job. I just made mine from sheet aluminum.
I put an LED taillight kit from ken's custom lights on my bike too and got rid of the stock turn signals entirely. I've still got an Evoluzione bracket laying around (extra) but its been slightly modified (signal holes reamed out to fit some mini turn signals) and I used the little plate light and a couple other parts when I made my forward plate mount.
