How much trouble went into putting the forks on, and is the stock spring in them too stiff. I see you've ot a Marchesini wheel, but for what fitment, and are the brakes still 320mm? I've often thought about a set of Kawi or Suzi or even Honda forks. but thought it would be too much hassle. could you detail the swap for us?
