Totally different animal altogether & you can't just follow the theory of what works for one bike works for all... Stock GSXR forks need serious help to get any feel out of them at all. At the bare minimum a quality re-work is mandatory. Many of us are using the Ohlins forks as they are longer & with the SBK valving & the Anti-Dive mod they can be described as nothing less than perfection compared to stock...

Hot set-up now is to add some chain links & put the rear wheel as far back into the swingarm as you can get it, run the rear ride height flat & raise the front as high as you can get it & many of us with Ohlins forks are running high sag numbers in the front too 40-44mm & normal in the rear 25-30mm.
