Bob, I hadn't thought of it 'til you mentioned it but yes, I also have the fender eliminator and the stock license plate holder/fender might interfere.

I have the DP ECU in my bike - came with the slip-ons. I once experimented with replacing the stock chip but I have the airbox opened up so as Bob says, it runs badly with that combo.
