Default Ride report after re-jet SM 610

Here's what I did:
180 jet
45 jet
1.5 turns out
Oem needle 5th position
Opened airbox cover 1/2 inch-spaced with washers
irridium plug
leo vince slip on- (What? You have to intall the Leo Vince logo plate yourself-- well thanks for the rivets LV!

Bike pulls harder now and rides very good mid-range but below 3200 rpm bike surges, and is choppy, not bad but not so good for slow parking lot turns.

Also clutch seems like it's not working right-- bike moves forward even after clutch is depressed. Not sure how that happened but I presume clutch cable needs adjusted. I must have changed the setting while fooling with the tank or something.

Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do with engine, clutch? Also, this bike is one of the best bikes I've ever owned! If you are considering getting a Husky, get one. They are fantastic!

Thanks!
