What a bunch of crap...... at least the labor charge. I just pulled my frame off for new paint, took 2 hours from riding bike into garage until frame was in the trunk of my car. Once I had frame back it took about 4 hours and twice as many beers to have it running again. As far as the frame exchange that sounds wrong to me. I would never send one in without having a new on first. When I replaced my frame 2 years ago my dealer had my new frame in 2 days!! let me take it home (with a full deposit) until I got my old one off, bearings etc did come out of my pocket
