15hrs my A$$, I replaced my own frame in 8hrs, turn key to turn key, on my front porch (without the fancy lifts)!!!!! I think the Ducati Labor manual only calls for 10hrs labor to do the job. Expect a few monthsmin. to get the frame (mine took 10), and the steering head bearings should run about $50-$60.
