Here's a response from a local shop. names witheld. Does this cost seem right?

If our
inspection does indeed find a stress crack due to workmanship Ducati will replace the frame
only. Steering head bearings, swing arm bearings / bushings and other parts needed for the
reassembly are not included. The labor is not included. The labor time will be a minimun of 15
hours at $76.00 per hour. It would take a few months (2-4) to get a frame (it will come from
Italy) and we will have to send them the old frame first.
