Default AFAM quick change carrier play
I just installed an AFAM quick change rear carrier and sprocket (plus new chain and front sprocket) and there is quite a bit of play in the carrier. Is this normal or desired?

Should I pull it and put a shim under the giant retaining ring that holds the carrier to the hub to take up the play?

I'd say I have about .025" play. The quick change carrier slides in and out on the 5 cush drive pieces.
