What cam timing do you have?
It looks like your bench are very simular to mine. Your bike made 114,4hp before HC pistons. My s4 with SPS cams 107/107 and ST-4 45mm system give 111hp and it was a bit on the rich side (12:1 mixture) so I guess that it might have been 113 with proper tuning.
Did you make any runs with your bike 100% stock? My bike made 99hp original.
I cant wait till I get the red head 984 assemblied

what size headers are you going to run with that setup! 50mm?
