LT's books are some of the best. But the workshop manual and LT's manual are different. LT's manual covers the usual maintainence items like valve maintainence, oil changes, eletrical issues etc. His manual will not explain how to disassemble/reassemble a complete engine like the workshop manual will. LT also has insightful tips and tricks in his books pulled from his many years of ducati work. LT will usually have a chapter or two on tools and aftermarket parts as well. I use LT's manual much more than the factory workshop one. Should be fine with just LT's manual.
