Don't try to run it anymore. Cam out of timing can mean valve hitting piston. If it were mine I would pull the head on the affected cylinder before doing anything else. If the bike is still new you might be able to get help from the dealer and warranty. California Cycle Works sells belts at good prices, but I think you may need way more than that. Matter of fact, the way you phrase the question suggests you may need to take it somewhere.....not a job for the home body who hasn't been in these things before.
