That is what was done on the '92 SS that I have. The PO raced a Norton Production Racer, and switched over to GP shift for that reason. Comming from my Norton, it is nice to have another machine with a proper shift pattern. The Problem is that I also have a '74 BMW, and a '68 BSA 441(long term project). Each with a different side and pattern as well. I'm working on getting all of them on an up-for-down pattern to make things easier.
