It's fixed. One of the pins in the weatherhead connector that plugs into the tank had backed out. I really need to replace the connector because the pin won't "stick" anymore. Anyhow, she runs!

Thanks for all the help! The online manual and the schematic Desmo93 sent me saved the day!
